They said that this is mainly a training issue at the post office and will take few weeks to fix the problem. I have been off of the Net Flix-Blu-Ray addiction, since about mid-January 20 Since I dropped the blu-ray option see earlier post I have not had a single problem with a DVD disk since then. It has truly been movie bliss! I would have dropped them like a hot potato, if it were not for their streaming video option. The dude above may me right, streaming HD may be the solution! Now I only buy movies that warrant viewing again, and again on Blu-Ray. Which, I can tell you is not very many! Same story. We were set to watch Smoking Aces 2 last night ERROR. Yet another cracked disk. This is happening way too often to be acceptable. I sent A Perfect Getaway back 4 times, each replacement being damaged one actually had a huge chunk missing from the protective layer quality control??, before I finally said forget it. Its frustrating to waste weeks going through return after return, hoping for a good disk. I cant believe they are charging a viking saga son of thor to get blu-ray when I end up seeing far fewer movies because of their poor packaging. Now that they have signed yet another delayed release deal with two more of the major studios Im seriously questioning if its worth it to keep them. It seems their commitment to the customer continues to slide and yet their pricing remains. I wish RedBox would hurry up and start renting Blu-Rays. Thats all Im waiting for.
